No Frefox button in the latest upgrade to select print?
Last upgrade installed and now there is NO Firefox button in the upper left to access print functions. Without printing Firefox is useless to me.

- Click the ≡ Menu Button in near the top right corner, then click the Print button.
- If you want to print a selection, select the text then press Ctrl+P (Mac: Command+P).
- You can right-click an empty area of the tab bar and choose Customize, then move the Print button wherever you like.

it is "customize - show tool bars -- Menu bar
The last update (V 32) did away with right click print function.
Some pages do not have the menu button in the upper right of the screen. They are normally the pop up windows that I can no longer print due to the missing "print" function that was on the right click menu.
What is the new magic way of printing these pages?
