for a online web training I need flash as a browser plug in. what should I download?

I have a web based online course and it´s not running, apparently i shoul dinstall a flash plug in for the browser. i am using a mac and all i have downloaded so far is nto working. thanks for your suggestions. br Sara

First check your plugins are uptodated or not

There you can click to update, if your not uptodate or download it manually from the Adobe website
