Not recognizing my email password, error states disconnected from server
I had been working just fine in my emails. All of a sudden it now wants me to enter my password, when I do it gives me the following error "Login to server mail.centurylink.net failed". My options are to "retry" (but it does not open a window to re-enter password", "create a new password" (again no window to input a new password) or "cancel". I cannot send or receive emails

Try to restart Thunderbird.
