FireFow freezes when printing to Adobe PDF printer

Hi, I regularly but not always have FireFox freezing when printing a page with the Adobe PDF printer (not with the plug-in but by using the "print this page" button on the page I visit or by clicking File > Print . The only way to get out is to kill FireFox. Most often, I can eventually print the page after restarting FireFox and regaining access to the page. The trouble is that the page may no longer be available if the site requires identification and starts a new session ( ignoring the previous one). This is annoying.

This is as much as I know about that add on http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/using-pdf-printer.html Have you checked the printing preferences or made any changes recently?
