How do I stop Firefox from changing my title bar?

This is frustrating & time consuming - there has to be something I've missed to make it stop. With each & every update - Firefox decides I really want different buttons on my toolbar/title bar. It is just nuts, if I wanted the Hello button I would add it. Same with all the other buttons it thinks I want. How do I make it stop?

The Titlebar is disabled by default. Please provide a screenshot of [with an arrow to] what you are referring to.

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

Thank You - I just checked that bit to see if it was disabled - and my husband had "fixed" my computer so it "worked " like his. Sometimes some one just telling me what I should be looking at helps beyond belief . Again A Big Thank You.
