I am not able to access "my account" past the log in stage on Telstra website using Firefox on my mac. This has only occurred since I updated Firefox. I can access this account on Safari, but prefer Firefox. I gather this is not an uncommon issue from other forums online. I have tried enabling cookies "always" and clearing my cache, neither of which have any effect. Telstra unable to assist. Insist I access using another browser as security too high!

HI there,

The above solution didn't work.

I eventually managed to find someone helpful on Telstra 24/7 (had to use Safari to get that far) and they have logged the issue with their IT team who acknowledge an issue with Firefox and My Account log in. They hope to have a fix within the next few days, but I'm not holding my breath. It is Telstra after all......
