when I enter an address the next box for another address won't open - I must click below the line ????

When forwarding an e mail to multiple addresses --- I can enter only 1 address --- sometimes the next address block will open automatically and I can enter another address ---- but most of the time it doesn't and I have to click just below the just entered address to open another address field. How can I set my options to have this open automatically ????

After entering the email address press Enter/Return key.
