Firefox crashes
Hello, It's been three days since my firefox crashed and I think that I tried everything!
I was trying to emit WiFi with the cmd command "netsh wlan start hostednetwork", but I couldn't make it (I don't know if it's relevant). In the end, firefox crashed and when I tried to open it again, I received an error of "Firefox is already running" and "Your profile has been lost". Then, I rebooted my laptop and I got the same messages. I uninstall and install again, I created new profile, I deleted profile.ini... but always the same errors.
I have always a firefox.exe running in my task manager (even firefox is unistalled), and if I try to end it, it appears a "denegated access" message. I have even tried as an administrator but it's imposible. If it's unistalled, the process is a .tmp file located in the file /tobedeleted.
I also rebooted into "safe mode" and try to delete every file of Firefox (the files in %APPDATA% and in Program files) and when I reinstalled, it worked for 2 minutes and crashed again.
I don't know what else to do and I hope you can help me. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi There,
Have you tried this? See : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/avoid-crashes-tips-and-tricks?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=avoid-crashes
Let me know if it works.
I've tried everything there, but the problem is still there.
I will make a check for other alternatives and advise you asap.
What OS you are on? Windows 32bit/64bit/Mac etc.?
Kind Regards, Moin
Windows 8, 64bit.
Thank you!
