copy and paste from bcc sent mail back to excell

I accidently cut and pasted email list from my excel file, when I was sending a mass email to my customers. I need to do a copy and paste from the email so I can put them back into my excel file. I can only do one at a time. How can I capture them all?

If you did not save the Excel file after you made the cut the original file should be untouched. All addresses that you send mail to should be in the Collected address book. You could export that as a comma separated file and then open the .CSV file in Excel and edit that.
