Hello all

I've been a firefox user for a long time now and today is the first of a issue I would never expect. In a nut shell when I try to download Firefox I get a few alerts.

1) 7 Zip (which I uninstalled due to this error and still get) cannot not find the location file

followed by

2) Webroot alert saying [pua.idlecrawler] location is my temp folder in the appdata folder. I search and clear the folder to no anvil

hi, if you have downloaded the firefox installer from the official location at mozilla.org, this sounds like a false positive by your security software (which is then probably deleting parts of the installer necessary to run the setup). please report this false positive to webroot so that they can fix their signature. thank you!

Try the full off-line setup for Windows at www.mozilla.org/firefox/all as this is the Systems & Languages link on mozilla.org in green box.
