I was testing HTTPS (SSL) Video streaming over HTML5 Video,

I uploaded a Long (.mp4) video on Google Drive, and when trying to open it in Latest Firefox, Firefox Crashes and sometimes plays video after 20-30 seconds.

Other browsers don't have this issue, Tested on Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Edge, etc.

Why Firefox crashes on HTTPS Video URL.

For Demo: access this video URL: http://tinyurl.com/qgku4tk

I am not having an issue playing this video with Flash blocked on Windows 7. Is this the same environment that is being tested?
