why firefox closes when open Itau.com.br bank site
When I open www.itau.com.br the site shut down. I tried restarted the computer, update java version but still have the problem. When I open using other navigators at same site it works, so I think is a problem btw firefox and Itau bank web site

I had no problem with your link. Does this happen only here or other sites?
Remove History For One Site Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.
I had setup before to don't save history and password but I follow the suggestion and didn't work. I'm using windows 10 + Firefox version 41.0.1. any other site works and this site ( www.itau.com.br ) works using IE. So I'm assuming some compatibility issue
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
There are no crash report.... I just called to the bank and they have 3 calls reporting the same issue. They said to me that they have up to tomorrow to analyze. Lets wait up to tomorrow.
