41.0.1 regression: Up, right, and down arrow keys don't work in IME (Japanese) anymore

In my setup, I use the arrow keys to control many functions in the Windows (7) IME for Japanese. As of updating to version 41.0.1, however, I've found that the up, right, and down arrow keys no longer work (for some reason left and any modified keys like ctrl+up work just fine). Rolling back to version 40.0.3 quashed the issue, so this is definitely a regression.
