I had a problem with Trend Micro Internet Security, which I have used for years. The tech I spoke with took control of the screen and deleted Windows.old, saying it was taking up a huge amount of space and anyway its contents were also in the file called simply Windows. After he did that, all of the local folders I had created to hold important emails were deleted. I desperately need to get them back. They must be somewhere in the computer but I don't know where (obviously not in the Recycle Bin). Please help.
