I strongly recommend you update from Firefox 20 to the most recent version (currently Firefox 43). You can read how to do this here.

That won't help as I need the older version to be able to play the game I do...as I stated it was working up until that date then it stopped so I'm not sure if it's a Facebook issue or the browser all of a sudden.

I need to keep my version as is to play the game that I do just trying to figure why all of a sudden it stopped working when it was working

You are using a version of Firefox that is over two years old. You are likely to be missing out on important security and performance fixes. I strongly recommend you update your copy of Firefox.

This could be the first time I have heard of this game being a problem for people. Chances are you may need a plugin to be able to play it, such as Flash, or there may be (as you mentioned) a problem at the Facebook end of things.

But as a first step, I think it is really important for you to make sure that you are up to date.

All I know is that it was working and stopped what doesn't make since is if I get on my kids names it doesn't do it just my name for some reason it was working and all things but browser is up to date so not sure what's causing the issue all of a sudden when Facebook chat had been working even on that version. So I'm guessing it's more like a facebook issue but I'm not to sure

If you are using Firefox 20, your browser is not up to date.

I have had a look on the Kingdoms of Camelot support forum and that sometimes it requires Flash. You are using a recent version of that plugin, but your browser is old and this may be causing a conflict.

It is also very likely that should the people who provide the game make any changes to it, they are unlikely to test it for such an old version of the browser.

Even with updated flash it was working even on the old version of Firefox but something changed and as I stated I could put my daughter's name up or my son's name up on the same thing I have now and there chat still works fine on the browser along with the game but for some reason my profile doesnt.. it's like something went missing and I'm not sure what

ok while im on facebook my chat works good.. but if i play games like kingdom of camelot i cant see my friends on my chat sidebar. it doesnt list anyone there any more it was working with the version of firefox i have up until 18/12/15 but now it doesnt work all of a sudden. i am not sure what has happened to cause it to stop working im not sure if its a facebook issue or a browser issue but any help would be greatly appreciated with this ... as it makes it hard for me to know whos online while im on my games unless i open a new tab just to see whos online..... as i stated it will only work as long as im not in no games at all...... i am including a pic if it will go through for yall to be able to look.. thanks for anything that may help me with this..
