Automated Update Process on Terminal Server? (Server 2012 R2)

more options

Hi All,

We manage a server 2012 RDS server for a client, and as the average user does not have admin rights, we have to log in and update Firefox for them every-time. The client asked if we could automate this. Is there a way to automate this process through a service account (or any way that would not involve us logging in and updating it every time for them)?

That's a permission issue just add a exception on it and try, but not sure if that will solve the case... it's always more complex then that from my experience

Since it's a normal user... same thing if you have antivirus and you will need to update ... same concept
