How do i prevent Options from showing up everytime I turn on foxfire, I want to permanently delete it, advise?
Everytime i use my computer this Options is at the top of my screen, I click on it and see no use for it at all. I want to delete it and remove it so it is not there anymore. Tell me how to do it. I may go back to internet explorer if I have to.

When i try to follow the directions I don't know where my start key is at to find the items or links I need to take a screen shot. Do you have a phone number I can call and directly speak to someone. Is that possible or you don't do customer service that way? All this messaging and stuff is really frustrating and making me upset. Maybe old school is not for you but it works for me. Kindly give me a phone number to reach a real person. jim mc guire

One tip on that: After making the edit, just click out of or tab out of the home page field to save your change. Don't click "Use Current Pages" because then Firefox will add the Options page right back.
This can happen if you click "Use Current Page(s)" to set the home page and about:preferences is open in a tab. You can pin the tab with the about:preferences page via the right-click context menu of the tab to prevent including about:preferences to the home page setting if you want to use this button in "Options/Preferences > General". To set a single page as the home page you can drag the globe/padlock to the toolbar Home button.
