My Firefox works crappy. Help screens do not come on, and more.
Firefox directions are composed by computer nerds who can not give directions in plain english. Firefox needs a Glossary to provide definitions of words used in the directions. Firefox need a legend to explain in more detail what the various icons do. Today, I clicked on at least two selections in the HELP bar and neither would connect to anything.
It would be helpful, if Firefox had a trouble shooting guide which would help a customer diagnose trouble because of a faulty internet connection, a fault in the computer, or a fault in Firefox. In other words, I want to verify my internet connection is ok, my computer is ok and my Firefox is correctly installed to the most recent version.
When I go to do something with Firefox, many times the directions on the screens are not clear as to what is wanted and a successive screen is not compatible with the preceding screen.
It would be helpful if Firefox had a Customer Service telephone number where customers could telephone in an talk to a knowledgeable technician. I would gladly pay and hourly charge for this service.
