I am not able to find my thunderbird account on my computer since last night

I have no Thunderbird Icon. It is like the entire email Thunderbird account dropped into a black hole... It is my main contact with clients and vendors....all files have disappeared Also use heramo@colonytravel.biz

I'd start by re-installing Thunderbird.
