Firefox 50 setup downloads and unzips but does not install

After I click on "Firefox Setup 50.0.exe", the dialog box ("7-Zip") extracts 100% of files and says "The operation completed successfully." But nothing happens.

Try using some other software (like winrar) for unzipping/extracting.
