A email account fails to log in due to forgotten password to server. How do I recover password?

I have three email accounts configured - on one, I have forgotten the password to the server. There is no recovery option on the dialog used by Thunderbird to to obtain the password. How do I reset or recover the passowrd?

Stored passwords may be viewed at Tools|Options|Security|Passwords→Saved Passwords
