Hi I keep getting a picture attaching it's self automatically to out going e-mail. Picture's name is " Part 1.2.jpg some girl with a gun ......any ideas how to get rid of this. Below is the picture and the source code found for the attachement:

Check the "signature" information for your e-mail account:

Thunderbird menu: Tools: Account Settings Select your e-mail account on the left side. See my screenshot below for what you should see.

My guess is that you have something in the signature that is doing this.

Or maybe an add-on is doing this. Post here the Troubleshooting Information from Thunderbird: Thunderbird menu: Help: Troubleshooting Information Click the "Copy text to clipboard" button. Paste (Ctrl-V), the text into your response here.

Or you have some virus or other malware on the computer doing this.

Make sure the antivirus and firewalls are working and up-to-date.

Run scans with additional anti-spyware and anti-malware scanners. I recommend using the free versions of both Spybot Search & Destroy and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
