Firefox will not open a web site considered unsafe, but it is not. How do I change settings so I may use this web site

When I try to open the web site 800notes.com, firefox will not open it due to the web site may be insecure. I know this web site is secure as I have been using for a long time. Before, firefox has given me the choice to open a web site they consider unsecure. It does not any longer. Please help. Thank you
