Separate Security Issue: Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.
Flash Player Version: 25.0.0.171

As of Firefox 53 in March 2017, WinXP and Vista won't be supported any longer. http://www.ghacks.net/2016/09/27/firefox-53-no-support-for-windows-xp-or-vista/
You can install the Firefox ESR 52 version which will
get security updates into early 2018, to get "more time" using Firefox.

Firefox; Extended Support Release {web link} ESR Notes System Requirements
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
