On one PC I have a folder called "L" ( with e-mails from clients surnames beginning with L ) it appears on three out of 4 PC's. On the 4th PC folder L does NOT appear?
All other folders appear OK.
I also use a Samsung android an there is a greyed out folder in there called L ( nothing appears or is visible except the folder !) The Samsung also has a bogus folder called "iiif" - I think this was a folder i created years ago when i was setting up and testing etc. But cannot delete it !

When using IMAP you need to subscribe to folders to see them. File-Subscribe Find folder L and check it to subscribe.
Since Thunderbird does not run on phones or tablets I cannot help you there.
Thanks
In the file subscribe tab the folder "L" I can see - HOWEVER unlike other folders it has NO tick box associated with it !
On the PC with the "L" file visible there is also a sub directory !
Weird. I have never seen a folder in the subscribe list with no check box.
Maybe someone else will have a suggestion because I cannot duplicate it so far.

Would you recommend that I delete the account and reload?
I get the feeling that it may be related to the e-mail account on the android app !
That would be the last resort.
What do you see if you go the the providers webmail site and log into the account there?
Do you have the same version of Thunderbird on all computers?
