Hi, I've had Thunderbird on my PC for years without issue. For some reason it keeps downloading the same email and can't get any further. Email is ok on iphone
I'm with Virgin media and have been for years. I can log into my account on line and send and receive no problem! Iphone as well, same email, no problem. Recently without any alteration from me, I can send emails on Thunderbird but when I go to receive it might say there are 100+ emails to download but instead will only download 1 particular email that it seems to be stuck on. Have updated everything but it will only download the same email over and over. Please advise.

Go to your providers Webmail site and delete the problem message or move it out of the Inbox.
