How do you get access to an old hotmail acct that you have forgotten the password for AND do not know any other info that was associated with that account because it’s been sooo long. Now all the sudden you NEED access to that account for 1 lousy email that is of importantance. HELP  !!

You should contact your email provider (Microsoft). This has got nothing to do with Firefox.
