Videos work great when I just open FF or after I restart FF. But after FF is open for a while, all I get when playing videos is perfect audio with a black image instead of video for both Netflix and Youtube. This is very consistent and a major daily issue.

Hardware acceleration is off, drivers are up to date, I cannot easily test for addons because of the time required and how vital my addons are to my internet experience, my computer has run a memory diagnostic and come up empty, and none of my addons should ever affect Netflix. I had zero video issues prior to Firefox Quantum that could not be solved by disabling hardware acceleration.

Update your Video Card Drivers.

Check here : Go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Help ? --> Troubleshooting Information Page and take a look in the Accessibility section if accessibility is set to "true" there. if yes, go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Options --> Privacy & Security panel and under Permissions check the setting to Prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Drivers are up to date, which I checked a couple days ago. I disabled accessibility services a few days ago. So unfortunately this advice does not help me.
