Not getting a website work how it should work?

https://www.twitch.tv/

is not working how it should work, also the plugin BTTV (Better Twitch TV) doesnt work.

1. Streams on twitch are lagging at 1080p, not always, depends 2. Resub-notifications wont show up in this browser (e.g. if you sub a channel, after 1 month you can share your resub with a note, this option is normally popping up automatically, but not on firefox.) 3. Plugin BTTV for twitch is not always working

P.S. OFC I contact twitch first, but I'm also contacting you, just in case.

Update Video Card Drivers.

Please : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles then https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
