installed quantum disabled assessability options and browser is slow when trying to accesss options at the top of screen like downloads and security settings
I disabled accessibility options in security tab my tabs and browser are working however I'm having issues with the downloads icon and settings icon opening its extremely slow it will stay gray or black when loading and after about 15 to 20 seconds it will finally open

Go to the 3 Bar Menu then Options --> General --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 1 = No Multiprocessor = slow again. Try 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please.
Note : Hardware Acceleration is for Video Card, Monitor to see if remain off or to turn back on.

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.
