How can I delete scam alert for one emailer, not all of them?
It looks as though the only option to delete scam alert is to do it for all. Why can't I delete for one emailer?

Because you can't. It is either on or off. Maybe the sender needs to look at what they are sending to trigger it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/thunderbirds-scam-detection
