Hi, Sorry to hear have a issue. It may seem to be that a file has been clipped/corrupted during reboot process of your install. Like to suggest try this 1st please as it fixes Microsoft Registry Errors and System Files. http://www.thewindowsclub.com/how-to-run-system-file-checker-analyze-its-logs-in-windows-7-vista Note in may take awhile to run. Reboot after.
Please make a copy of your bookmarks and email to self or store it safely :
If SFC does not fix the issue Please : Create a new profile as a TEST to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.

If Firefox is your default browser, you may be getting those messages because other applications are trying to open links. If you temporarily make Internet Explorer your default browser, then you can get a better idea of what is trying to open in a browser. Hopefully they are legitimate links and not requested by malware.
