We have already cleared cache and cookies multiple times and also disconnected the CDN. This is only happening on Firefox. It works fine on all other browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer). We have contacted Bluehost and it is not a hosting error. Bluehost, Sitelock and Comodo are reading the SSL and Certificates just fine. Comodo did say that their may be an intermediate chain that is improperly put on the site but it still works fine on other browsers. Mozilla is essentially not recognizing the SSL or the Comodo Certificate. The landing page says "Connection is not Secure". People can view the site on Firefox if they go through advanced settings and accept the exceptions but I would obviously prefer that the website load immediately. It is also not just my computer. I have had several people download Firefox for the first time and the same thing is happening - even on mobile devices. Any help would be much appreciated.

"Comodo did say that their may be an intermediate chain that is improperly put on the site" - you should look into this then - it's one of the most common failures that will make firefox show a warning while other browser might ignore that.

Hi Philipp, I had Bluehost look into the intermediate chain a little more. The problem is on their end they do not see anything wrong and when they ran a check on the SSL and Cert's they did not see any errors. Do you know of a way we can check this ourselves or what we can do since Bluehost and Sitelock do not see any issues with the intermediate chain.

hi, you should run your site through https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html - if it shows the result "chain incomplete" you'll know it's an issue with a missing intermediate certificate.
