Russian spellcheck problem with "homosexuality" word

Fix the Russian spellcheck for word "гомосексуальность" please. For now the "correct" word is "гомосексуализм", but the difference between homosexuality and homosexualizm in Russian is the same as in English. So spellcheck's advice to write Russian analog of "homosexualizm" confuses people who don't know the difference and they continue to offent homosexual people in conversations or blogs.
