How do I get Firefox as my browser, I've tried and keep getting goggel.
I've tried everything suggested and I still have goggle coming up as my web browser which wish not to use.

I think you are talking about your home page. Google is a website. Not a browser.
Type about:preferences#general<enter> in the address bar.
There are two settings;
- When Firefox Starts
When the browser is started, what do you want to display? Many of us choose Show My Home Page.
- Home Page
When a new page is opened, what do you want to be displayed?
- Use Current Page. Use what ever page(s) are open at that time.
- Use Bookmark
- Restore To Default. about:home shows a Mozilla home page with tools.
You can use any of these that you wish;
about:home (Firefox default home page), about:newtab (shows the sites most visited), about:blank (a blank page),
or you can enter any webpage or about: page you want.
Firefox is a web browser, which uses a search engine. Google is a search engine that come with Firefox, and in most locales is the default search engine which is used in the Firefox Start Page (aka "Homepage") and in the New Tab page.
Firefox comes with other search engines, which can easily made the default search engine if you so wish.
Google also makes the Google Chrome web browser.
