As soon as I click on the "Write" button, a new window opens, titled "Write: (no subject)". The application becomes unresponsive, then maxes out one CPU core, with RAM usage reaching about 400 MB. I'm forced to end the process. Is this a bad setting, or is this a legitimate bug? Note that I am unable to send the details using the Troubleshooting Information page's "Send via email" button, as this opens the "Write" window, and becomes unresponsive again.

Thank you for your assistance.

This is the second report I have seen, along with a couple of bug reports. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1481276 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1477582

Perhaps more information on one of the bugs might more them forward.
