I have a home network of 3 win 10 PCs all connect to a Canon network printer. One PC cannot print Thunderbird emails from their accounts. The other two can and all 3 can print any other docs/webpages/images etc., needed.

I'm at a loss to fix this issue. The PC is running Thunderbird 60.4.0 but when trying to print an email, the process is finalised as per the other 2 PCs (Print popup -> Print -> box disappears etc.), but the print job remains in the print queue. I eventually have to go into the print queue and manually remove it. As I said, this PC can print from webpages/office/desktop etc., so I can only assume it's a Thunderbird issue.

Any ideas/help appreciated.

We only have the one printer for the network and yes, it is the default and selected/showing.
