Lastpass won't start. Firefox 67.0.4 Icon stays grey.
I can log in to Lasspass from the web page and it shows my vault. However, the icon stays grey. Lastpass says it is a Firefox problem. Works ok with Chrome. It doesn't fill in User and Passwords.

Did you uninstall and reinstall it? That's what I would do to see if this isn't a addon problem. Also if they didn't update it to work with latest firefox then this is the LastPass issue to fix.
A reasonable suggestion, but I had already tried that. I wonder if it works for others. I had extensive communications with Lastpass, and they claim it is not their problem.
You can check the Web Console for message related to Lastpass.

Have you also posted to LassPass forum as well to get other users help there?
