My email server has changed addresses. I need to determine how to change it in Thunderbird so I can access my email

The Server Name is under Tools/Account Settings, Server Settings for the account. Note that this should work if the Server Type, POP or IMAP, is unchanged, but not if you're switching from POP to IMAP.
