How to move Layout Pane in Inspector below HTML Pane?

I'm using Inspector in the right side of window, and I can't find any way to move Layout Pane (on the right now) below main HTML Pane (currently right). This is extremely annoying and frustrating.

Just make the panel narrower, it will switch to top-bottom view.

Thanks! I feel a little bit dumb now =\ I stretched it out, but didn't notice it changing layout automatically...
