I am able to use the email fine but all previous information, saved emails , folders etc are missing, its like it set up a whole new email, does anyone know where this information is and if it can be retrieved? Thanks for your help in advance.

Help/Troubleshooting Information, about:profiles. Is there another profile listed besides the one in use? If so, can you select it and 'Launch profile in new browser' and see your old data?
