I have problem to send mail from my PC (Windows 10) I got message back saying "Can't verify certificate because it has expired"

It also said " period of validity: Started June 16 2017 Ended June 16 2020

I am using Thunderbird version 60.6.1 I have tried to upgrade to Thunderbird 68 but it does not help. But when I do this I got lost of all my mail and all saved mails in maps. Also the whole adresslist is gone away.

How can I get a new certificate ?? Best regards / Lasse Kullberg e-mail

Hello, i have at last succeedid to fill in the parameter for the servers and now it works again also with AVG Here are my figures sending server: smpt.bredband.net port 465 with SSL/TLS authentication = no Incommingn server: pop.glocalnet.net port 110 No SSL/TLS authentication = password

And now it works from three PCs with different Windows verison. One with AVG. Something must have happened june 16 when all PCs and my mobile were unable to send e-mail. The message expired certificaton has no meaning. Ican get this error message by changing a parameter.

I hope we can close this case now

and thank you for your help I am happy again best regards Lasse
