TOOK POWER HIT DURING WIN10 UPDATE. FINALLY GOT WIN10 TO LOAD (HAD TO REBOOT OFF FLASH). Unable to locate Thunderbird files, saved copy of HD prior to reboot. Looking for all email addresses & ALL SAVED EMAILS, many of which were in subfolders.

Luckily your Thunderbird settings, emails, folders, address book are all saved in one place. That is the Profile Folder. In Windows 10 it is usually stored in Appdata.
C:\Users\<Windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\<Profile name>\
Profiles have a folder name like dn911q0k.default . The random characters before .default are different for each profile, and you may have more than one! Be sure to identify the most recently active one.

Note that if Windows 10 did not remove any of your existing folders, the whole Profile system may still be where it should be. You may just need to use Profile Manager to tell a new Thunderbird install where the profile is.
