Firefox crashes on close

Firefox 81.0.2 (64 bit) on Linux Lubuntu 20.04 crashes every time on close. I tried to clear offline data and so on. Same in safe mode. Same with disabled all addons. In system processes overview there remains beside Firefox itself one more process (attached as picture) - some contentprot childID 3. Thanks, Michal
