I cannot access the filter list for any of my 3 accounts. There seems to be no menu path that can open these filter lists. I updated Firefox on request and was amazed to find Thunderbird updated also, to the point of unusability. Can't give you the latest version, only that it happened today, 12/19/20.

At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Tools - Message Filters

Thank you for the solution. I was used to the older Thunderbird formats and apparently had a mindlock on them.
