Hi Ali, did you have a Firefox Account before, configured with Sync? I guess you already connected Firefox to your account and didn't get your logins back, so either Sync was not working, or the data was not stored.

Let's consider local files. Did you use the Windows 10 Reset feature that keeps your data in a folder named

C:\Windows.old

Hi Ali, did you have a Firefox Account before, configured with Sync? I guess you already connected Firefox to your account and didn't get your logins back, so either Sync was not working, or the data was not stored.

Thank you very much mate. I had a Firefox account but I had forgotten about it and made another one, but when you mentioned about syncing, I looked after it, synced it, and it's all good now. Thanks again.
