Hola, No he visto algo como lo que solicitas, a mi parecer seria demasiada inteligencia para un programa cliente de correos, pero podes buscar en los addon de Thunderbird: https://addons.thunderbird.net/es/thunderbird/extensions/folders-and-filters/ Saludos
