Either one of the latest updates has caused Firefox browser not to be compatible with log in to verizon. When I enter the log in page it will not let me enter user name nor password. I can get to verizon thru chrome or internet explorer. I have asked verizon about such and they also have said firefox has become incompatible with Verizon. I have never had this situation until recently. Anyone else having this problem?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Can you reach the username and password fields by using the tab key ?

It is possible that some other element is overlaying the login form, you can try to check this in the Inspector.

You can right-click and select "Inspect Element" to open the builtin Inspector with this element selected.
