Select "Other Bookmarks" as default save location

I don't like the "last folder" bookmarks location. This does not work with my browsing/bookmarking workflow. (I just end up with Tab Groups nested in the wrong folder rather than chronologically).

Can I restore the save location "Other Bookmarks" as the default folder?

This poster in [JAN 2021] seems to think not:

"In Firefox 85+ always the last used folder is selected, so if you do not want this behavior then you still have to select another folder each time you create a new bookmark."

You can use the following extension to override the built-in behavior:

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/default-bookmark-folder/

Note: There was and still might be a bug that affects doing an Import or Restore -- it puts everything in the selected default folder instead of the original location. Make sure to disable the extension during those bulk operations.
