Browsing some websites!
Dear Sir, I have problems browsing some specific sites like presstv.ir Last Linux update helped to remove this issue but recent Firefox update brought back the issue. I have therefore avoid latest Firefox update on my other computers but still want to highlight the issue. I also wonder if this has anything to do with the restrictions US government has put on such sites belonging to the government of Iran?
With regards, //Saeed M. Rad

The site was taken down by the US, but appears to be up again. What issues are you having? Please provide steps to replicate.
Modified
The site presstv.com was taken down by the US government and we could see that by browsing it, but not the presstv.ir since the server is not in US. The issue had started long before that though. Neighter of them works in Firefox. I simply type the address and press enter as usual and nothing happens. Type another address and it works. Right now it works in one computer which I didn't upgrade with the latest Firefox upgrade but not in this one I'm working with.
Let me first say that I'm glad they're up! I've been a long time fan of their work. ;-)) The site works for me here in the US. What country are you in?
Try this tool. https://webpagetest.org
Hi Jonzn4SUSE, Iḿ in Sweden. I have only Firefox on my Linux mint computer and as i mentioned before it works in one computer i didn't upgrade with the latest Firefox update. I was quite satisfied to see the page presstv.ir works after the latest mint 20.2 upgrade but the Firefox update ruined it for me again. The presstv.com is still blocked by the US government here in Sweden. I also tried the tool but I don't know what to make of it. I wanted to make a copy to of the page for you to see but there is actually nothing because I don't even get a server error. Nothing happens as I press enter after i type the address presstv.ir
How about in Safe Mode?
You mean running the site in safe mode? How do you do that?
Thanks a lot Jonzn4SUSE, Once again I can enjoy my presstv.ir thanks to you. I also learned a lot above all.
So what was the issue?
Well, it was neither theme, extension nor hardware. I tried to reset the Firefox as I suspected the latest update and voila, the problem was gone. Firefox actually works much faster now. No sign of lagging while streaming videos. Strange though.
Thanks again jonzn4SUSE, //Saeed
Make you have current ffmpegs and libav updates.
I checked and saw Gstreamer1.0-libav and ffmpeg 4.2.4-1ubuntu0.1 Do I upgrade them in terminal or shall I download from other places?
Terminal or the Software updater should be fine.
